David Voigts – top industry veteran of ICT technologies has amassed deep reservoirs of expertise in organizations ranging from within the Oil &Gas and telecommunications industry’s to the British Military. He has worked in a number of developing countries with little or no key Infrastructures such as Papua New Guinea and post conflict Angola and Iraq. He understands that ongoing economic expansion in Myanmar depends on the security and development of key infrastructures in order to support new technologies that are now entering the country. International organizations’ expectations are at the same levels as their home countries but unfortunately the ICT infrastructures in Myanmar are still very much in the development stage as the country is just starting to catch up with the rest of the world.
Specifically, he understands that companies required an approach that is both comprehensive–taking every possible scenario into account–and at the same time able to flex and iterate to an expanding set of constantly evolving challenges.
He founded Cautela in order to enable organizations operating in Myanmar using a full range of Information and communications technologies.
Because Cautela is a company founded and run by a true industry professional–not accountants, tech vendors or entrepreneurs–its concern for the the viability of their businesses trumps all other considerations. As such, it views products only as a means to an end–building blocks in the larger vision of a total ICT solution. Cautela’s expertise is based on extensive real-life experience, not theoretical exercises, and its methodologies have been formulated, honed and tested in the world’s most intensive developing markets. The company’s passion is to build long-term relationships with clients by delivering the best service, products and advice.
